Anne of Green Gables

Trish played a lead role in the play Anne of Green Gables. It was so much fun to see her perform! She was so entertaining and we all loved every second of it. This was one of my favorites as a little girl. I love musicals.. especially when my cousins are in them! I love living by my cousins,they are just so dang cute.

fuuun date

so.. i was a lucky girl this weekend and got to go on a date with andrew..

--he suprised me and we went to daybreak had a picnic on the dock that consisted of subway sandwiches, my favorite chips, fiji water and a big bag of peanut m&m's. we named our friend who is a duck herbert, then we went tandum bike riding, it was so much fun. the water had the reflection of the mountains, the weather was so amazing and the sunset was breath taking. we took a lot of pictures, laughed a lot and enjoyed spontaneously slow dancing to rascal flatts when the sun went down. we went to baskin robbins and i got an ice cream cone.. i felt like i was seven years old again because the second we walked out the door, i took one bite with a spoon and the whole ice cream scoop fell of the cone.. we went back in.. andrew was nice and acted like he ate it all and the lady was like. umm.. you dropped it huh? i was like yes.. she gave me another and said is it really neccessary to eat with a spoon? i said no.. and thanked her:) this guy is so spontaneous and so much fun. . it was such a fun night! i'm so lucky to have such a good friend like him:)

last night--

• boys taught us how to long board (we almost crashed into one another)
• they bought us ice cream from baskin robbins (yummmmy)
• went to the top of ensigns peak and over looked the whole salt lake city (breathtaking)
• we found out what "dude" really meant and were grossed out

said our goodbyes &..

• spontaneously went to studio 600 and country danced the rest of the night away
• was flipped and lifted up in the air. LOVED it.

*country music, cute boys to dance with .. who could ask for more?

someday i will meet a boy that meets this description, BUT until then i'm finding joy in the journey and enjoying finding myself and realizing how independent i really can be . i am also learning how to be [comfortable by being un-comfortable] -- my new quote right now because job searching is not the most comfortable thing. i printed off twenty copies of my resumes. i will print more off if i have to. i'm not giving up and will find a job if it's the last thing i do. it makes me so happy that i've provided for myself all along, i can do hard things with the lord. i love this quote by pres. hinckley. .he's out there.. somewhere..

A Wonderful, Wonderful Weekend

yepp. we had so much fun AGAIN! hard to believe?? well.. BELIEVE IT!

first:neon dancing in slc! best dancing night of our lives! the studio was awesome!! we enjoyed going all out with our neon attire..
lace had never ever been to carrabas. . so we had to change that.. it was so funny being in our neon outfits at a nice restaurant and we kept running into people we knew!

i painted my nails my bright bright pink in the car and who would have guessed that this is the way to go.. they dried in like 10 seconds out the window:)

BAD idea to wear flip flops to a dance with hundreds of people.. i have half a toe nail now.

second: beauty school grad! it felt so good to realize that i have completed 2,000 hours of schooling and made such amazing friends.

third: christine's bridal shower:) she is going to be the most beautiful bride. her and her fiance are so cute! CONGRATS CHRISTINE!! we played fun games had yummy food and cookies;) it was a very fun shower
& ended the night dancing at the loft. fourth: sunday night: dinner at andrews and jared's place

they made us the most gourmet dinner.. perfect steak, amazing asparagus, homemade bread & not to mention the delicious brownie with topped with vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate syrup and rasberry's. impressive. crazayyy kids

i'm getting applications and turning in my resume tomorrow. i'm a little nervous.. this is all new to me.. but i'm so excited. fearless is still my motto. i'm so very thankful for my life. i'm so blessed to have a heavenly father who loves me, a family who believes in me and friends who spend time with me. i still feel stronger every day, i'm thankful that the hard things i've been through in my life have slowly faded away and seem like bad dreams. time heals, the lord hears prayers, christ feels our pain and forgiving and forgetting is possible. i want to serve, learn more about this true gospel, become closer and closer to christ and love every second of my life.

p.s i saw the cutest old couple today walking hand in hand at a park. i will have that someday. i know my future husband is out there and i can wait for him.. he's worth the wait.

an ALL nighter!!!

SO this is how the night went..

9:30: got home from colorado
10:00: we caught up and talked

10:30: the usual: hot chocolate
11:00: late night run to taco bell
11:30-1:45:fb/blogging and talking
2:00-2:30: walmart to get dibs..
BUT we went grocery shopping and red boxed also
3:00: movie (we stayed awake the whole time)
5:00: eating dibs and blogging..

seriously? we are sitting next to eachother right now at 5:30 a.m and CAN'T sleep.. i'm pretty sure we have wayy too much fun together.

FUN FUN FUN..

I'm having so much fun in this place called provo, utah.. maybe too much fun??

-seven peaks at night.. lets just say water slides are way more fun when the sun is down.

-keith urban.. OK, this definetly goes down as being the best concert i've ever been to. he was so amazing in every way.. not to mention very sexy. we jammed out like always. i love good music.

-night with russ.. we made dinner together, played my 3 favorite games.. uno, sequence and skip bo then watched marley and me. i love playing games with him because i usually beat him.. but that kinda changed a tiny bit..

-party that 4,000 people attended (no joke). it was so much fun.. dancing, food, volleyball, swimming and pretty much anything else you can imagine. it was held at an amazing gigantic house.. it was fun catching up with people who i haven't seen or talked to for awhile.

i have the best girlfriends
